Writ Petition praying to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with of service and all other attendant benefits.
The court observed that "prolonged
suspension is unreasonable and without any justification."
Accordingly the court directed the respondent "to reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive post where the Department feels that the petitioner can be accommodated as per the the Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment in Ajay Kumar
