HC Directs Sub Registrar to Intimate Costs

The High Court of Judicature at Madras, in it's Order dated 30 May 2019 has directed a SubRegistrar to intimate the petitioner regarding the necessary stamp duty to be paid on the document presented by them with  regard to registration fees and other charges, if any, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

On such communication being received, the Order directs that "the petitioner shall pay the necessary stamp duty and registration fees within three weeks from the date of eceipt of the communication from the Sub Registrar."
