Stamp Paper

While drafting a document, it is essential that the parties should purchase non_judicial stamp paper in their name (executant or claimant) only. The requisite stamp paper should be either collected from licensed stamp vendor or it can also be paid online, in the website department. There after, the bill for the payment can be attached to the document, for registration. The Sub Registrars in Tamil Nadu are also empowered as stamp collectors.
