Supreme Court says NO to Cancel Settlement Deed

There is a widespread belief that the Supreme Court has in a case allowed for the Cancellation of the Settlement made by the parents to their children, for the reason that the children took no care of the donour.

However, the fact is that, in the Narmadab Maganlal Thakker & Reninkuntla Rajamma Vs K. Sarwanamma case, the court in it's judgement has refused to "interfere with the decree passed in favour of the donee."
