Guideline Value attempts to reflect the market value of Land property. The value is periodically revised and is supplied Free of Cost to the public.
Though much attempt is made to prevent undervaluation of Land, there might possibly be certain cases where the Guideline value is higher than the Market Vaue. In case of finding such anomolies, inclusive of certain cases where the requisite Survey Numbers may be missing in STAR or the Physical Document kept in the Registration Offices, the same may be taken to the notice of the Inspector General of Registrations, immediately.
